This policy applies to all products and/or services provided through any channels operated, participated in, or organized by Fujifilm (China) that do not have a separate privacy policy (including, but not limited to, Fujifilm (China)’s official website and official WeChat account), stores on third-party online sales platforms (e-commerce platforms), client software, system interfaces, applications (Apps), mini-programs, physical retail stores, telephone, email, and offline events.
We will collect the following types of personal information from you through various lawful channels solely for the purposes described in this Policy (please refer to Appendix 1, "Explicit List of Personal Information Collected").
Among the personal information we collect, certain items are classified as sensitive personal information. We will only process your sensitive personal information when we have a specific purpose and a legitimate need to do so, and when we have implemented strict protective measures. We will obtain your separate consent when processing your sensitive personal information.
You must authorize us to collect and use necessary information; if you refuse to provide such information, you may not be able to use our products or services properly. This program does not collect your personal information when running in silent mode or in the background.
(1) Types of Personal Information We Collect
Depending on the specific business context (e.g., account registration, use of specific services, participation in marketing campaigns, etc.), we may collect the following types of information from you. The specific types of information collected are subject to the "Explicit List of Personal Information Collected" in Appendix 1:
1.When you register and log in
We collect your name, gender, mobile phone number, region, company name, job title,Enterprise WeChat account, contact number, social media accounts, and email address to verify your identity and assist you with the registration process.
2.When you are setting up your account information
The profile picture, username/nickname, and password you use when creating an account on our website or mobile application.
3.While you are a minor
In accordance with the law, we are required to collect information about your parents or other guardians .
4.When you use our services
When you use services for viewing film images online, home printing, online photo printing, or photography services, we collect the photos and related works you upload;
When providing after-sales service, we will need your device information (including product model, serial number, etc.), order number, invoice, and proof of purchase;
To address your inquiries and complaints, or to contact you regarding business matters, events, prize notifications, etc., as well as to provide you with contract-related services and product delivery, we will use information such as your name, mobile phone number, mailing address, and contact details.
5.When you participate in our in-person events
To facilitate your participation in academic conferences, lucky draws, and exhibitions organized by us, and to understand the products and services you are interested in, we collect your name, contact information, job title, and other information from you through on-site questionnaires, sign-in sheets, and other means at the event venue.
6.Other personal information and other information necessary to provide services to you.
(2) Sensitive personal information (if any)
1. ID number, used to verify the user's identity;
2. Face photo information, used for photo editing and printing. Some of the photos you have uploaded may contain facial images of you and others. Our system does not have facial recognition capabilities; therefore, if you do not wish to upload such photos, please refrain from doing so;
3. Personal health and medical information (including medical imaging data, laboratory test reports, etc.), used to provide services such as inquiries and printing;
4. Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay , and other payment tool accounts, debit/credit card numbers, issuing banks, and expiration dates, etc., used for payment and settlement.
(3) Providing services to you based on system permissions (if any)
To provide you with products or services, we will request your mobile system permissions to collect your necessary personal information. If you do not grant us authorization, we may be unable to provide you with the relevant services.

(4) Third-party SDKs (if any)
To ensure the stable operation and proper functioning of our products or services, and to enable you to use and enjoy more services and features, This Program incorporates third-party SDKs or similar software. For details on the collection of personal information by the third-party SDKs integrated into our app, please refer to Appendix 3, "Directory of Third-Party SDKs in This Program." The third-party SDKs embedded in this program will not collect your personal information when in a silent state or when running in the background.
It should be noted that this policy does not apply to products or services provided to you by other third parties, and the relevant privacy policies should be separately explained to you for products or services provided to you by third parties. When you use third-party products or services through this program, if you provide your personal information to that third party, your information will apply to that third party's privacy policy, please keep your personal information properly.
(5) Does not involve AI-generated or synthetic services
This program does not have the function of artificial intelligence generation and synthesis service, nor does it embed the artificial intelligence generation and synthesis service of third parties.
(6) How we collect your personal information
We may collect your personal information online as well as offline.
1.Online methods primarily include:
(1)Provided by you when accessing, using the Program to actively log in, and when purchasing the Service;
(2)Information that you permit us to collect from you or from other sources;
(3)Automatically collected from the device you use to connect to Fujifilm (China) services (see "8. Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies" below);
You voluntarily complete surveys, event registration forms, and other forms related to our products or services.
2.Offline methods primarily include:
(1)Your unsolicited provision in the course of your offline purchase, use of our products and/or services;
(2)Survey from relevant paper version questionnaire;
(3)Activities in which you have participated, such as academic training, academic research, and clinical trials;
(4)From offline photo sessions, photography contests, sweepstakes, and other events in which you participate.
3.Except in the above circumstances, we will collect and use your personal information only to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stipulated in this policy, to the extent permitted by applicable laws, in accordance with the principles of legality, legitimacy and necessity.
4.If the information you provide contains personal information about other individuals, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization.
5.Please note that unless you request the deletion or restriction of your personal information, or object to our collection of it, you are authorizing us to continue using all personal information you provide when using our products and/or services for the duration of your use of our products and/or services.
6.Please know and understand that if you refuse to provide the information necessary to use the Products and/or Services, you will not be able to use the Products and/or Services, but this does not affect your use of other Products and/or Services.
7.We may obtain personal information that you have authorized to be shared from third parties. We will use your personal information provided to us by the third party with your authorization and consent after confirming the legality of the source of personal information in accordance with the agreement with the third party, subject to compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Please be aware and understand that these third-party information sources may change over time and primarily include the following types:
(1)Our clients (hospitals), service providers, and partners;
(2)Publicly available sources (e.g., open databases of administrative, judicial, etc.);
(3)From industry, patient groups, and associations;
(4)From public sources, including but not limited to social media and other websites that support social sharing.
8.We perform statistics on the usage of our products and services and may share these statistics with the public or third parties to demonstrate overall usage trends of our products and services. However, these statistics do not contain any personally identifiable information about you. If we really need to display your personal information, we will use methods including content replacement and anonymisation to desensitize your information to protect the security of your personal information.
9.We will not collect or use your personal information (including sharing, transferring, or publicly disclosing it to third parties) without your consent, except in the circumstances specified in Article 13 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China. For specific provisions, please refer to Section 3(5) of this Policy.
For business purposes, we may share your personal information with third parties(if any). For companies, organizations and individuals with whom we share and entrust the processing of personal information, we enter into strict confidentiality agreements and require them to process personal information in accordance with our instructions, this policy and any other relevant confidentiality and security measures. For specific information regarding the parties sharing data and the parties entrusted with processing, please refer to Appendix 4, "List of Third-Party Data Sharing."
(1) Entrusted Processing
We may entrust our partners or affiliates with the processing of your personal information so that they can provide certain services to you or perform functions on our behalf. We will only entrust them with the processing of your information under lawful and legitimate circumstances, and solely for the purposes, in the manner, and within the scope authorized by you, or as required by law.
(2) Sharing
Except as described below or as stated at the time the information is collected, we will not share your personal information with third parties without first obtaining your explicit consent or authorization:
1.Sharing under statutory circumstances: We may share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations, or according to the requirements of administrative and judicial authorities;
2.Sharing with other members of the Fujifilm Group: We work closely with other member companies of Fujifilm Corporation (9-7-3 Akasaka, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan). We may share your personal information with these member companies for marketing purposes, anti-corruption purposes, and other similar reasons. However, we will only share necessary personal information in accordance with this policy for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clearly defined purposes. If other member companies of the Fujifilm Group wish to change the purpose or method of processing personal information, they will seek your separate consent again;
3.Sharing with Service Providers and/or Partners: We may share your personal information with our service providers and/or partners for the purposes of external processing and to provide you with products and/or services. For example: We may work with service providers and/or partners to facilitate secure payments, fulfill orders, provide and optimize services, promote products, and more. However, we will only share your personal information necessary to provide products and/or services in accordance with this policy for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific and explicit purposes. Our service providers or partners are not authorized to use the personal information we share for any other purpose. If our service providers and/or partners change the original purpose or method of processing, they will need to obtain your authorization and consent again.
In the cases described in paragraphs 2 and 3 of this section, we will seek your separate consent after providing you with specific information regarding the third party.
(3) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:
1. Obtain your explicit consent or authorization in advance;
2.In the event of a merger, division, dissolution, or declaration of bankruptcy, if personal information is transferred, we will require the new company, organization or individual holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this policy while informing you of the name or contact details of the new company, organization or individual holding your personal information. Otherwise, we will require the company, organization or individual to re-seek your authorization and consent.
(4) Public Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your personal information under the following circumstances: During public disclosure, we will inform you of the purpose of this public disclosure, the types of information disclosed and the sensitive personal information that may be involved, and disclose it in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations:
1.After obtaining your explicit and separate consent;
2.In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, or in compliance with mandatory requirements from government authorities.
(5) Exceptions to the Requirement to Obtain Prior Authorized Consent When Sharing, Transferring, or Disclosing Personal Information
In the following circumstances, we share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information without obtaining your prior authorization and consent:
1.Necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract to which you are a party, or necessary for the implementation of human resources management in accordance with labor regulations established in accordance with the law and collective agreements entered into in accordance with the law;
2.Necessary for the performance of statutory duties or statutory obligations;
3.To respond to a public health emergency, or when necessary to protect the life, health, and property of individuals in an emergency;
4.Processing personal information within reasonable limits for the purpose of news reporting, public oversight, and other activities in the public interest;
5.Process, within reasonable limits and in accordance with applicable regulations, personal information that you have voluntarily disclosed or that has already been lawfully disclosed;
6.Other circumstances as provided by laws and administrative regulations.
Please note that, in accordance with laws, regulations, and national standards, the sharing or transfer of anonymized personal information—provided that the recipient is unable to reverse the anonymization process and re-identify the data subject—does not constitute the external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information.
If our program involves the storage of your personal information, it is stored as follows:
(1) Storage Location
Your personal information will be stored entirely within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
Except in the following cases:
1.Unless otherwise expressly provided by laws and regulations;
2.Obtain your separate consent;
In such cases, we will protect your personal information in accordance with this policy and applicable laws and regulations.
(2) Storage Period
We will delete your personal information within [5] years from the date you stop using the services associated with this program.
We will continue to retain the personal information we collect from you for as long as we provide our products and/or services. When your personal information exceeds the period we have kept, we will delete your personal information or anonymize your personal information unless laws and administrative regulations stipulate otherwise for the specific information retention period.
We judge the storage period of personal information mainly based on the following criteria:
1.Complete service purposes related to you and maintain corresponding service records in response to your possible inquiries or complaints;
2.Guarantee the safety and quality of the services we provide to you;
3.Whether you agree to a longer retention period;
4.In accordance with the requirements regarding the statute of limitations;
5.Whether there are other special agreements or laws and regulations regarding the retention period.
(3) Protection
1.Principles
We place a high priority on the protection of personal information. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information and prevent unauthorized access, Public Disclosure, use, alteration, damage, or loss of data.
2.Technical Measures
We will take all reasonable and feasible measures to protect your personal information. For example, we use encryption technology to ensure data confidentiality; we employ trusted security measures to protect data from malicious attacks.
3.Management Measures
We will implement management measures such as establishing data processing procedures, setting up security management systems, and creating a dedicated security department to ensure the security of your personal information; we will deploy access control mechanisms and use authorization to restrict access to personal data to the minimum necessary, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access personal information; we will establish security management systems to prevent security incidents such as personal information leaks, and set up contingency plans and remedial measures to prevent the further escalation of unexpected security incidents, while fulfilling relevant reporting and notification obligations in accordance with the law;We will establish a dedicated personal information protection team to take full responsibility for information protection, and conduct security and privacy protection training courses to enhance employees’ awareness of the importance of protecting personal information.
4.Safety Precautions and Reminders
We will use a variety of security technologies, procedures, and policies to prevent the loss, misuse, unauthorized access, or disclosure of users' personal information. In the unfortunate event of a personal information security incident, we will notify you in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, providing details on the basic circumstances of the incident and its potential impact, the measures we have taken or will take to address it, recommendations for you to independently prevent and mitigate risks, and the remedies available to you. We will notify you of any relevant developments regarding this matter via mail, telephone, or push notifications. In cases where it is impractical to notify each data subject individually, we will issue a public announcement using reasonable and effective means. At the same time, we will report on the handling of personal information security incidents in accordance with regulatory requirements.
(1) Your Rights
To the extent permitted by the laws of the country or region where you use the products and/or services, you have the right to exercise the following rights regarding your personal information:
1.Access and copy your personal information;
2.Restrict or object to our processing of your personal information;
3.You may modify the scope of your authorization and consent to the processing of your personal information at any time, or withdraw your authorization and consent (your decision to withdraw consent or authorization will not affect the processing of personal information that has already taken place based on your prior authorization。Certain business functions require some basic personal information to be completed; in such cases, we may be unable to accommodate your request to change the scope of authorization. Once you withdraw your consent or authorization, we will no longer be able to provide the services associated with the withdrawn consent or authorization, nor will we continue to process your personal information);
4.If you discover that the personal information we have processed about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you may request that we correct or supplement it;
5.In the following circumstances, you may request the deletion of your personal information (if we decide to comply with your deletion request, we will also, to the extent possible, notify entities that have obtained your personal information from us and request that they delete it promptly, unless otherwise required by law or these entities have obtained your separate authorization. If the retention period specified by laws and administrative regulations has not yet expired, or if it is technically difficult to delete your personal information, we will cease all processing activities other than storage and the implementation of necessary security measures):
(1)The purpose of processing the personal information has been achieved, cannot be achieved, or the information is no longer necessary to achieve the purpose of processing;
(2)You no longer use our services;
(3)We cease providing the service, or the retention period for personal information expires;
(4)You withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal information;
(5)We collected and used your personal information without obtaining your consent;
(6)We process your personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations, or our agreement with you;
(7)Other circumstances as provided by laws and administrative regulations.
6.Request an explanation of our rules regarding the processing of your personal information.
7.Delete Account
You can request to delete your account by following the instructions provided within the app. Except for the circumstances described in (2) of this paragraph, after you apply for cancellation of your account, we will immediately delete all your information in your account. Before requesting to delete your account, please be sure to read the following information carefully to avoid any inconvenience.
(1)Once you request to delete your account, we will immediately delete all your information associated with that account. Once the above information is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please confirm carefully before proceeding with the account deletion;
(2)If you have any pending orders in your account, please wait until those orders are completed before proceeding with account deletion.
If we terminate our services or operations, we will notify you at least thirty days in advance and will delete or anonymize your personal information following such termination.
(2) Contact Us
You may contact us using the contact information provided in Section 10, "Contact Us," at the bottom of this policy to submit your request.
(3) Response to Your Inquiry
For security reasons, we may ask you to submit a written request or provide other proof of your identity. We will respond to your request within 15 business days of receiving your feedback and verifying your identity. We do not charge a fee in principle, but we may charge a certain cost charge for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits. We may refuse requests that are unwarranted, require excessive technical means (e.g. requiring the development of a new system or a fundamental change in existing practices), pose a risk to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (e.g. involving backup of information stored on tape).
(4) Request Types That Cannot Be Processed
1.In the following circumstances, according to the requirements of laws, regulations and national standards, we will not be able to respond to your request:
2. Related to our obligations under laws and regulations;
3.Matters directly related to national security or defense security;
4.Matters directly related to public safety, public health, or significant public interests;
5.Matters related to criminal investigations, prosecutions, trials, and the enforcement of judgments;
6.There is sufficient evidence to indicate that you acted with malicious intent or abused your rights;
7.Where it is necessary to protect your life, property, or other significant legitimate interests, or those of another individual, but it is difficult to obtain your consent;
8.Responding to your request would result in serious harm to your legitimate rights and interests or those of other individuals or organizations;
9.Involving trade secrets;
10.Other circumstances as provided by laws and regulations.
We take the protection of minors' personal information very seriously. When we collect information from minors with the consent of their parents or other legal guardians, we will only process such information when permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the parents or other legal guardians, or when necessary to protect the minor.
(1) Minors under the age of 18
If you are under 18 years of age, please read and understand this policy carefully before using our products and/or services, and obtain written consent from your parents or other legal guardians regarding this policy. If your parents or other legal guardians do not consent to you providing us with your personal information, please notify us promptly.
(2) Children under the age of 14
If you are a child under the age of 14, you and your guardian should carefully read our dedicated "Rules on the Protection of Children’s Personal Information" before using our products and/or services. Please ensure that you use our products and/or services or submit personal information to us only after obtaining your guardian’s consent to these Rules and under their consent and guidance.
(3) Request by the Guardian
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor under the age of 18, and you have any questions regarding the personal information of the minor under your care, please contact us using the contact information provided in Section 10, “Contact Us,” at the bottom of this policy.
(4) Deletion of Information
If we discover that we have collected a minor’s personal information without first obtaining verifiable consent from the minor’s parent or other legal guardian, we will take steps to delete the relevant personal information as soon as possible.
(1) Sharing within the Group
Personal information collected and generated within the People’s Republic of China may be processed in the People’s Republic of China, Japan, and any other countries or regions where Fujifilm Group member companies are located. We have data centers in Japan and other countries and regions. Generally speaking, your personal information is stored in China. Some information will be stored in Japan or the relevant country or region after being securely transmitted. We will take measures to handle the transfer of personal information collected under this Policy in accordance with the provisions of this Policy and the requirements of applicable laws. For details, please refer to Attachment 4, "List of Third-Party Data Sharing."
(2) Transferring data overseas
When transferring your personal information outside of China, we ensure that one of the following conditions is met:
1.Pass the security assessment organized by China's national cyber information department in accordance with Article 40 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China;
2.Obtain personal information protection certification from a professional organization in accordance with the regulations of China’s national cyberspace administration;
3.Enter into a contract with the overseas recipient in accordance with the standard contract formulated by China’s national cyberspace administration, setting forth the rights and obligations of both parties;
4.Other conditions prescribed by laws, administrative regulations, or the Chinese national cyberspace administration.
(3) Separate consent
Unless otherwise expressly provided by laws or administrative regulations, we will inform you of relevant matters (such as the name or full name of the overseas recipient, contact information, purpose of processing, method of processing, categories of personal information, and the methods and procedures for individuals to exercise their rights under this Law with respect to the overseas recipient) before providing your personal information outside the People’s Republic of China, and we will obtain your separate consent.
If you have taken proactive actions such as making international phone calls, sending international emails, or engaging in international instant messaging, we will consider that we have obtained your separate consent for the cross-border transfer of the relevant personal information.
(4) Equal ProtectionIf your personal information is transferred to a jurisdiction outside the country or region where you use our products and/or services, or if it is accessed from such jurisdictions, we will ensure that your personal information receives protection equivalent to that provided within the People’s Republic of China. For example: We implement security measures such as data de-identification prior to cross-border data transfers.
Cookies are small pieces of data sent by a server to a visitor’s or user’s browser to facilitate the use of the Internet; they are stored as files on the user’s computer and mobile devices. If cookies are used, the web server will record which web pages the user has visited. By using cookies, web servers can identify the computer a user is using, but cannot identify the user personally.
We use the IP addresses of visitors or users recorded on our web servers (numbers used to identify the computers they use) primarily for the following purposes: An individual cannot be identified solely by their IP address:
1.To thoroughly investigate the causes of problems with the web server and resolve them;
2.To manage web servers. To better meet user needs, we will improve content such as our website and emails, and customize them based on each user’s usage patterns.
Information obtained through the use of cookies may occasionally be compiled, processed, edited, and published; however, this does not include any information that could be used to identify you personally.
You can configure your browser to refuse cookies or to display a warning when cookies are received. Please note, however, that if you refuse to accept cookies, we may not be able to provide you with the best possible service experience, and certain services may not function properly.
1.To better protect your personal information, we will revise this policy as laws, regulations, and other social norms in China and other relevant countries and regions evolve.
2.We will not curtail any rights you are entitled to under this policy without your express consent.
3.Following any revisions to this policy, we will notify you of the updates by posting a prominent notice on our official website, issuing an announcement, or using other appropriate means prior to the effective date of such revisions.
4.We will archive previous versions of this policy for your reference.
